Mary Jane’s is locally owned and operated by Steve and Mary Jane Smithson. With extensive backgrounds in corporate sales and marketing, they decided to branch out on their own in 2006 when they opened their first retail boutique in Estes Park, CO. In 2011, after many family vacations to the area, they decided to move to the Big Island of Hawaii and opened a store in the King’s Shops in 2012. They still reside on the Big Island and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle – golf, fishing, biking, and outrigger paddling are just a few of the activities that they love to do when not working at Mary Jane’s.
